One of my previous engagements includes developing a simple Queue Ticketing system for a local bank<\/p>\n

I developed a simple Java application that catered to the needs of the staff in managing customer throughput and service time. This was customised to accomodate regulations brought about by the Covid-19 situation in Singapore.<\/p>\n
